How can you enable subject leaders to excel in your school?

This course gives subject leaders the skills they need to articulate their own educational vision and use this to inform curriculum design, subject enrichment and subject-level interventions designed to raise achievement.

The course was developed in partnership with Mike Gershon, a trainer whose online resources have been viewed and downloaded more than 3.5 million times.

This course is suitable for heads of department and subject leaders in primary and secondary schools. It consists of four sessions that can be easily adapted to the timings and needs of your school.
