Practise:
Class 2 will just be for leaders in secondary settings, with a forensic focus on using data in a secondary context.
Ben is director of school and trust improvement and executive headteacher at The Tapscott Learning Trust.
In his leadership roles, he has developed robust processes for evaluating school performance and ensures that school development planning is sharply focused on the areas that will have the most impact on teaching practice and pupil outcomes.
As headteacher, Ben led Kensington Primary School in Newham to win 3 prestigious awards in 2020, including Primary School of the Year.
He is a national leader of education and has sat on several advisory groups and boards aimed at improving the wellbeing of children and education staff.

Dan is vice-principal at Camborne Science and International Academy (Cornwall's largest secondary school), leading on quality of education, teaching and learning and research. With over 13 years’ experience of teaching physics, Dan combines his passion for education with extensive experience in using data to enhance pupil outcomes.
In his leadership role, Dan uses comprehensive data analysis to monitor teaching strategies and assess pupil performance, ensuring that every decision is evidence-informed with a view to maximising pupil progress. Committed to using data for positive impact, he fosters an environment where teachers can continuously improve and pupils can thrive.
