How does it work?
Targeted training to challenge all your staff, from classroom support staff and NQTs, right the way through to your leadership group.
Simply follow the below steps:
> Select a course and download all resources
> Adapt the presentation to your needs
> Use the facilitator notes to guide you as you present to staff in person, or remotely through video call
> Share our handouts and learning logs with staff in person or via email and encourage them to work through these when prompted
> Play the supporting videos and work through group activities where required
> Send each participant a certificate upon completion
Staff can work through these courses individually, at their own pace while at home. We do recommend that the trainer still follows the first two steps to make sure the presentation is amended accordingly.
